Julieta Korbenfeld

Julieta Korbenfeld has been working in the hospitality and travel industry since 2009. Julieta began their career at Despegar as a Commercial Area Assistant, where they were responsible for sales administration, customer service and travel package quotations. In 2014, Julieta moved to Biblos Travel as a Coordination and Planning of Operational Services, where they processed reservations, created vouchers for luxury passengers, and coordinated payments and billing of services. In 2017, Julieta joined LATAM Airlines as a Customer Service & Customer Experience Representative. Julieta then moved to Unicos Air in 2020, where they worked as a Select Accounts Executive Assistant, responsible for quotations and customer service for private flights. In 2021, Julieta joined DOT Hotels as a Support Agent, Setup Agent and B2B Sales Executives. In their role as Setup Agent, Julieta was responsible for the implementation of hotel PMS systems, understanding and evaluating the needs of the hotel, and providing confidence in the implementation process. Finally, Julieta is currently working at Civitfun Hospitality as an Onboarding & Account Manager.

Julieta Korbenfeld has a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Universidad de Morón (Oficial) (2008-2012). In 2016, they completed a Management Competencies Course at Capacitarte UBA, focusing on Business Leadership. Julieta then completed a People and Team Management course at IESE Business School in 2020. In the same year, they also completed a Negotiation Successful course at the University of Michigan, a Lengua de Señas Argentina aplicada al Turismo course at Escuela de Gestión e Innovación en Turismo Accesible, and an Accounting and Financial Management for Travel Agencies – E-Learning Course at IATA Training. In 2018, Julieta completed an IOSA Internal Auditor Course at Avian Lineas Aereas SA and a Course on the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (Category 6) at CIPE - ANAC. In 2021, they have completed Data Analytics at Coderhouse, Microsoft SQL Server: Análisis de datos at Udemy Alumni, and Creación de Base de Datos at Udemy.
