Marta Pourtau González

Marta Pourtau González has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Marta began their career in 2014 as an HR Consultant for TEIS Consultory, where they provided training and management teams to improve human relations within the company. In 2015, they worked as an Events & Tradeshows Executive and a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Hotelbeds Group, managing end-to-end recruitment and building strong relationships with line managers and HR Advisors. Additionally, they worked as an HR Generalist for Real Club Nàutic Port Pollença, performing recruitment, attracting and retaining talent, training and development work and incentive plans. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director for Civitfun Hospitality, where they are responsible for digitalizing all the processes that are done by the hotel reception.

Marta Pourtau González began their educational journey in 2007 when they obtained a Licentiate degree in Psychology from the Universitat de les Illes Balears. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana. In 2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Sports Psychologies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an Expert in Psychology and Sports Coaching from COP. In 2014, they obtained an MSc in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio. Additionally, they have obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in 2016, a Certificado de formación en manipulación de alimentos, a Patrón de embarcaciones de recreo (PER), and a Técnico de nivel básico en prevención de riesgos laborales.
