Anna Rolska

Ann Rolska is an experienced HR generalist currently working at CIVITTA since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ann contributed to newage. digital agency as a Human Resources Recruiter from September 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included creating briefs for hiring managers, building sourcing strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and managing communication and deadlines. Ann has also worked as an English Language Teacher at Globe Education Centre, where teaching methods included one-to-one sessions and preparing adult students for language exams, alongside leading a summer school camp. Previous teaching experience includes a role at School #57 and Redford English School, where Ann focused on managing the teaching process and preparing students for various English proficiency challenges. Ann Rolska holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has pursued additional education in recruitment strategies.
