Kate Ferrin

Kate Ferrin is an Impact Fellow at CIV:LAB since January 2024, specializing in consulting efforts including event management, business development, communications, outreach, and secondary research. Prior experiences include a comprehensive report for NYU's 2024 impact report as a Capstone Student, and research on the impact of AI technologies at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Kate has demonstrated leadership as the General Manager of a Brooklyn restaurant and extensive research experience with the United Nations and NATO Association of Canada. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto Mississauga, showcasing a strong foundation in English and Canadian Studies.
