John Pavlovic

John Pavlovic is an experienced professional with over 45 years in maintenance, repairs, and installation within the cement and mineral sands industries, including 18 years in project management. Currently serving as the Pyro Area Manager for the Covalent Project at Civmec since September 2022, John is responsible for the erection of critical equipment for a lithium processing plant in Kwinana. Previously, John held senior roles as a Senior Project Manager at Alltype Engineering and Project Manager at AVID Resources, RCR Tomlinson, and Thysenn Krupp Australia, where notable projects included managing the fabrication and installation of a Gyratory crusher for an Australian client. John completed education at Deakin University between 1997 and 1999.
