Paulina Lee

Paulina Lee is an experienced operations manager currently employed at CJ 4DPLEX since August 2018. Prior to this role, Paulina served as the Women's Bottoms Production Coordinator at AG Jeans from June 2014 to August 2018, overseeing product development from prototype to final production across U.S. and Mexican factories. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Carsey-Wolf Center, where Paulina managed event planning and coordinated multi-camera live shoots for film screenings. Paulina began their career at the UCSB UCen as a Student Associate, contributing to food service and customer relations in a health-conscious restaurant setting. Paulina holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Film & Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara, both earned in 2014.
