Ed Gaier has extensive work experience in the technology and marketing field. Ed started their career at Siena Research Institute as a Survey Conductor and later worked as a Survey Conductor at Marist Institute for Public Opinion. In 2009, they joined the Arab American Institute as a Research Assistant before moving on to work as a Program Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Mason University.
