Shana Wells

Shana Wells has a diverse work experience. Shana started their career as an intern at UCSD Extension in 2002 and later interned at the U.S. Commercial Service in 2006. In 2007, they joined Women's Economic Ventures (WEV) as a Program Assistant, where they supported self-employment program trainees and small business loan applicants. Shana then became a Development Associate at WEV in 2009, responsible for fund development, donor correspondence, and database maintenance.

After leaving WEV, Shana joined CJ in 2011. Shana began as an Advertiser Account Representative, focused on client satisfaction and portfolio management. Over the years, Shana progressed within the company and held roles such as Advertiser Associate Account Manager and Advertiser Account Manager. In 2020, they became a Senior Client Development Manager, and most recently, they serve as the Client Development Director, responsible for developing client relationships and promoting the interests of assigned advertisers' programs. Shana Wells obtained a B.A. with Honors degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2007, with a double major in Global Studies (Emphasis in Culture & Ideology) and Spanish.
