Karen Blakemore

Karen Blakemore is currently serving as a Sr. Environmental Scientist at CK Associates Environmental Consultants. With over 30 years of experience in various environmental roles, Karen primarily focuses on air quality projects and serves as a regulatory adviser across different multi-media projects. Prior to their current position, Karen worked as an Attorney in the Environmental Group at Phelps Dunbar LLP, where Karen specialized in environmental litigation and regulatory counseling. Karen has also worked as an Air Quality Specialist at both URS Corporation and the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. Karen holds a JD and BCL from LSU Law, an MS in Environmental Science from Louisiana State University, and a BS in Merchandising from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
