Jason Irwin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management and assurance. Jason started their career at Gibson General Hospital as a Contract Work Conditioning Specialist for Toyota Motor Manufacturing facilities. In 1999, they joined Toyota Motor Corporation as a Team Member in Quality Assurance, working on plant start-up and implementing countermeasures to minimize defects. Jason then progressed to roles such as Group Leader, Quality Assurance at TMMI and Quality Assurance Specialist at TEMA, where they led the development of audit systems and collaborated with global teams. In 2015, they joined Kokosing Industrial as a Quality Manager, overseeing quality improvement initiatives and implementing a Quality Management System.
