Lee Coleman, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 2021 onwards, they have been serving as the Director of Human Resources at CK Family Services. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from 2019, providing consultative human resources management support to various companies and individuals. Lee also served as a Strategic Relationship Manager and Human Resources Manager at SoloProtect US from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kings III Emergency Communications from 2016 to 2017 and an HR Specialist at The Lending Partners, LLC from 2015 to 2016. Lee also has experience as an Employment Specialist at Boy Scouts of America from 2007 to 2014. Before their transition into the field of human resources, Lee worked as a Real Estate Consultant as an independent contractor from 1994 to 2007 and as a Volunteer Manager at My Guardian Angel from 2000 to 2002.

Lee Coleman, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dallas Baptist University, where they studied from 2006 to 2007. In 2012, Lee obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
