Ramakrishnan Balasubramanian started their work experience in 1985 at NOCIL, where they worked in marketing until 1991. In 1997, they joined TMI Network as a Director and later became the Group CEO in 2021. In 2000, they joined C&K Management Ltd. as the Managing Director and later took on the role of V.P. Marketing & Technology. Ramakrishnan also worked as Vice President - Marketing & Technology at CxK Networks Ltd. from 2000 to 2002. In 2011, they became a Director at TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd. Overall, they have held various management and marketing roles throughout their career.
Ramakrishnan Balasubramanian obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. Ramakrishnan then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Marketing and Systems, at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 1983 to 1985.
