Tulik Isaev

Tulik Isaev is an experienced project manager with a focus on public procurement and finance management. Currently, Tulik serves as a project manager at C&K Management Limited, leading World Bank projects to develop eLearning courses for the National Project Management Agency and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, Tulik is involved with the International Business Leaders Forum, facilitating small and medium-sized enterprises' participation in electronic public procurement tenders under a European Bank for Reconstruction and Development project. Previous experience includes a role as a procurement consultant at Charles Kendall Group for a World Bank project on public procurement capacity building and serving as a senior specialist at the Public Procurement Department of the Kyrgyz Republic. Tulik holds a degree in Finance & Credit from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and furthered education at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
