Kim Davis

Kim Davis has a diverse work experience in the early childhood education sector. Kim is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten Association since July 2022. Previously, they held the role of Principal Advisor at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022. Before joining C&K, Kim was the Executive Director - Early Childhood Education at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) from August 2018 to November 2021. Kim also co-founded and served as the Director of Astute Early Years Specialists from August 2016 to December 2018, where they focused on transforming early childhood education and care into a profession. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager, Business Development at KU Children's Services from March 2014 to August 2016, engaging with various early childhood organizations and businesses. Kim has also held multiple roles at C&K, including Education Manager from January 2013 to February 2014, Research & Development Coordinator from February 2012 to February 2013, and Early Childhood Advisor from January 2007 to January 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Program Manager at the Inclusion Support Agency from 2004 to 2007 and as a Lecturer at Charles Darwin University from 2000 to 2004.

Kim Davis completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Early Childhood from the University of Melbourne from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Education degree in Early Childhood from the University of New England (AU) between 2008 and 2009.
