Inaldo Chavarria has extensive experience in business development, compliance, and outreach roles, particularly within the areas of minority and disadvantaged business initiatives. Currently serving as the MWDBE Liaison at Picone since February 2023, Inaldo previously held positions including Business Development Manager at Velez Organization and MWDBE Outreach & Compliance at Penda Aiken, Inc. Inaldo also has a background as Community Affairs Coordinator at Turner Construction Company and Contract Compliance Principal at NJ Transit. Earlier career highlights include serving as Compliance Manager for the New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Investigator-Contract Compliance Officer for the New York City Housing Authority. Inaldo holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from John Jay College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from St. John's University. Additionally, Inaldo is the Owner and Operator of a fitness kickboxing studio in Bronx, NY, since August 2018.
