Lucas Mills has extensive experience in production planning and operations, primarily at Clabber Girl since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing master production schedules, enhancing material availability, and overseeing quality performance. Previously, Lucas held roles as an Operator and Food Sanitation Specialist, demonstrating proficiency in machinery operation and strict adherence to safety guidelines. At Cadillac Products Automotive Company, Lucas contributed to producing high-quality plastic while ensuring compliance with specifications. Earlier experience as Program Director at Wabash Valley Family Sports Center involved coordinating sports programs, managing staff communications, and conducting payroll. Lucas is certified in OSHA safety training and holds a high school diploma from Terre Haute North Vigo High School.
