Makenzie Hardin

Makenzie Hardin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, performing arts, training, and education. Currently serving as an Executive Sourcer at Claddagh Resources since March 2022, Makenzie specializes in connecting top-tier talent with major enterprises while fostering global economic opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Resourcer/Recruiter at American Ballet Theatre, where engagement in costume fittings, photography, and performances spanned classical to contemporary dance genres, including Broadway shows and six world tours. Additionally, experience as a Corporate Trainer and Account Executive at Meraki Visions Incorporated focused on marketing client engagement. As a Teacher at Island Prep Elementary, Makenzie specialized in special needs education, implementing tailored teaching methods and utilizing innovative learning tools. Makenzie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and a Teaching Degree in Special Needs Education from Flagler College.
