Nayara Marques da Silva

Nayara Marques da Silva has extensive work experience starting as an Art Director at Grupo Polar in 2014. Nayara later worked as an Art Director at Invictus Tactical & Outdoor in 2016, before serving as a Product Designer at LoopKey from 2017 to 2018. Nayara then became a Product Designer Consultant at Ativa Investimentos in 2018, and Senior UX Designer Consultant at Itaú Unibanco the same year. In 2018, they also worked as a Senior Product Designer Consultant at Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica - CCEE. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Product Designer at BRQ Digital Solutions, after which they became a Product Design Lead at BTG Pactual from 2021 to 2021. Nayara's most recent role is as a Product Designer ll at Loadsmart, where they worked from 2021 to 2023. Nayara is currently a Senior Product Designer at Clade, a position they have held since May 2023.

Nayara Marques da Silva obtained a degree in Design from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they completed several certifications in UX Design, UX Research, Design Thinking, and Mobile UX/UI Development from various institutions such as Mergo User Experience, Udemy, and Quaddro Treinamentos. The certifications were obtained between 2017 and 2019.
