Maartje Bouma

Maartje Bouma is an experienced HR and recruitment manager currently serving as Manager HR, Recruitment-en Marketing at CLAFIS Ingenieus since May 2014, with responsibilities including the development of HR vision and strategy for an organization of 400 employees. Previous roles at CLAFIS include HR Manager and P&O medewerker, where a national P&O and legal department was created to address personnel and labor law issues. Prior to CLAFIS, Maartje completed a graduation research project at Gemeente Groningen related to the Groningse Kredietbank, and worked as a budget management consultant, assisting clients in financial distress. Maartje also gained early experience as a stagiaire in budget management while pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree in Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening from Hanze University.
