Carlie Sylve has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and senior services industry. Carlie started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Always Best Care Senior Services, where they excelled in talent acquisition and retention strategies. Carlie then worked as a Lead Travel Medical Assistant at Louisiana Dermatology Associates, LLC, where they provided patient care and administered medications. Next, they served as a Wellness Coordinator at GARDEN VIEW ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE, where they developed wellness programs and oversaw medication management. Currently, they are working as a Memory Care Director at Claiborne Senior Living, where they create and implements activity calendars for residents with dementia and provides education seminars for staff and families.
