Teresa Lown

Teresa Lown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in member services, operations, and management. Currently, Teresa serves as the Member Services Director at ClaimDOC, where responsibilities have included roles as Senior Relationship Manager and Account Manager since July 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Office Manager at Carpentry By Chris and in a freelance capacity, alongside a role as Director of Operations at Value Inspired Products and Services.
