Amit Prayagi has been in the recruitment and HR field since 2005. Amit began their career at WNS Global Services as a CSE in 2005. In 2006, they moved to Manpower as an Executive Resourcing, where they were responsible for taking telephonic assessments for all candidates and managing the data base for the entire team. In 2008, they joined Zeon Solutions as a Team Leader - Human Resources and Sr. Executive - Human Resources. Later that year, they joined Adecco Group as a Sr Recruitment Consultant, where they were taking care of recruitments for all levels and was working for Technical as well as Non - technical clients. In 2015, they moved to Perficient earlier Zeon Solutions as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, Amit Prayagi is the Head Of Recruitment & HR Operation at Claim Genius.
Amit Prayagi obtained a Masters in Personal Management from Sinhgad Instituate of Mgmt between 2003 and 2005, with a focus on HR. Amit also attended DNHS - Nagpur from 1997 to 1998.
