Prior to this, Scott worked at NTT DATA Services as a Product Manager, where they provided consulting services to large healthcare organizations and managed the product backlog and implementation roadmap for a major technology modernization program. Scott also worked at Wells Fargo as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the development and enhancement of collateral management systems and processes. Scott has a strong background in program management, having served as a Program Director at UnitedHealthcare, where they led the organization-wide Enterprise Health Care Values initiative. Scott also has experience as a Project Manager at Nerdery, where they managed various software applications for clients such as Best Buy and Toyota. Additionally, Scott has entrepreneurial experience as the Business Owner of Dippity Do Dog LLC, where they successfully developed, opened, and operated a new retail operation. Scott began their career at Macy's as a Manager, overseeing million-dollar projects related to software development and call center optimization. Scott Spillman has a strong educational background in information management and web technologies. Scott obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Internet and Web Technologies from Arizona State University between 2004 and 2007. Also, they completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Cisco Networking Technologies from Chandler/Gilbert Community College from 2001 to 2004.
