Irina Nicolau has a diverse background in HR, starting from being an intern in staff development at Goodgame Studios to their current role as Head of People at claimsforce. With experience in various HR roles at different companies like Brandslisten GmbH and VTS oHG, Irina has developed expertise in HR business partnering and tech recruitment. Irina holds a Master of Science in Business Management with a focus on Management, HR, & Leadership from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices, complementing their Bachelor's degree in Media Management from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
