Russell Austin, CIP, has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, having worked at ClaimsPro Inc. as a Claims Manager for National Accounts and Unit Manager. Prior to that, Russell held various roles at Consumers' Guarantee Insurance Company Ltd, including Assistant Claims Manager, Claims Supervisor, Senior Customer Service Representative (Claims), and Customer Service Representative (Claims). Russell has furthered their education through the Insurance Institute of Canada, earning a Risk Management Certificate in 2019 and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) in Claims in 2009. Russell attended Combermere School from 1994 to 2001.
