Núria Romão

Núria Romão is a dedicated IT headhunter and consultant with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently working at Claire Joster since September 2022, Núria focuses on identifying recruitment needs, conducting candidate searches, and managing the entire hiring process for national clients. Prior experience includes serving as an RPO Consultant at Volkswagen Financial Services in Porto and completing an internship in human resources at HOTI HOTEIS, where responsibilities included contractual management and salary processing. Earlier roles include a position in housekeeping at Pine Cliffs Resort. Núria holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade do Algarve and an Erasmus+ exchange at Università degli Studi di Torino.
