Dr. Jerald Estime currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Claire's, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Estime was the Vice President of Real Estate at Levi Strauss & Co. from July 2016 to March 2023 and held the position of Director of the National Mall Portfolio at Starbucks from August 2010 to July 2016. Dr. Estime also served as Senior Director of Real Estate at Gap Inc. between January 2000 and August 2010 and worked as a Project Manager at Hines from July 1996 to December 2000. Dr. Estime earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
