Robert H.

Robert H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Robert most recently held the position of Vice President Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Claire's, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company from July 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Claire's, Robert worked at CDK Global, where they held several roles. Robert was the Finance Director for the DMS Product Portfolio from July 2019 to July 2021 and the Finance Director for Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise Accounts from August 2018 to July 2019.

Robert also had a long tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation. Robert was the Senior Director of Finance for Sears and Kmart Footwear from November 2015 to August 2018, responsible for managing $1.2 billion in annual sales volume. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Finance for Grocery and Drug Store from August 2010 to November 2015, overseeing a $3.3 billion sales plan. Robert also held the role of Business Finance Manager for Toys and Sporting Goods at Kmart and Sears, as well as Kmart Household Goods, from July 2005 to August 2010.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked at AT&T, where they held various financial management positions. Robert was an Associate Director of Pricing from June 2003 to June 2005 and a Financial Assurance Manager from January 2001 to June 2003. Prior to that, they served as a Financial Manager for Usage and Toll from August 1999 to January 2001 and a Budget Manager for Collections & Customer Operations from March 1997 to August 1999.

Robert'searlier work experience includes roles at The Signature Group as a Senior Cost Analyst from January 1996 to March 1997 and at BNSF Railway as a Pricing Analyst from March 1995 to December 1995.

Robert H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington during the period of 1990 to 1994. Later on, in 2012 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Northern Illinois University.
