Stéphanie Robineau has a diverse range of experience in human resources and talent development. Stéphanie is currently the Head of Global Talent at Claires, where they are responsible for talent development and career pathing in order to retain top talent. Prior to this, they worked as the HRBP Director for Southern Europe at Claires, overseeing HR operations in France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Before joining Claires, Stéphanie was the CEO Founder of NL19, a company that offered professional coaching and HR services to individuals and companies. Stéphanie also organized team-building activities with associations.

Stéphanie has also worked at SC Johnson as the HRBP Director for various countries, including France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including budgeting, talent acquisition, and development.

Additionally, Stéphanie worked at ARJOWIGGINS as an HR Business Partner, where they had an international scope and managed HR operations for manufacturing, sales, R&D, and administration. Stéphanie also served as the HR Manager for the company's headquarters.

Stéphanie Robineau has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a maitrise de droit du travail et de droit from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. From 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Ressources Humaines at IGS-RH. In 2019, they received a certification as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNL) from Institut Repère. In the same year, they also completed a program in Coaching Expertise & Perfectionnement at HEC Paris. Moreover, in 2020, they obtained a certification in MBTI from the MBTI Academy.
