James H. Miller

Jim joined Clairvest in 2015. Jim is responsible for all Clairvest legal matters, including corporate and securities law compliance matters. In addition, he plays an active role in Clairvest’s investment transactions. Prior to joining Clairvest, Jim practiced for close to nine years in the mergers & acquisitions and capital markets groups at Torys LLP. He received a B.A. (Hons.) from Mount Allison University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University.
