Igor Bitensky

Psychologist, Head Of Assessment And Evaluation at Clalit Health Services

Igor Bitensky has a diverse work experience in various roles related to psychology and research. From 2016 to the present, they have been working at Clalit Health Services, first as a Psychologist and Head of Recruitment and Assessment, and later as the Head of Assessment and Evaluation. In these roles, they managed all recruitment, assessment, and evaluation processes in the organization, provided training and guidance to teams, and assessed candidates for various positions. Additionally, they worked as a CBT therapist at a private clinic from 2020 onwards. Prior to their work at Clalit Health Services, Igor served as a Lecturer at Tel Aviv University, a Focus Groups Moderator in 2009, and a Captain and Head Coach of the Israeli national youth chess team from 2012 to 2019. Igor also worked as a Psychologist at Adam milo, the Israel Prison Service, and as a freelancer. Their earlier experience includes creative research, project management, and focus group moderation at New Wave Research.

Igor Bitensky earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2003 to 2006. Igor then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2010.
