Noam Berger is currently the Department Manager for economic and budget at Clalit Health Services. Prior to this role, Noam worked at the Israel Ministry of Health as an Economist in the Public Hospitalization Supervision Department. Noam also has experience as a Junior Economist in the Budgeting department at the Ministry. Additionally, Noam participated in the Promising Economists for Israel's Public Sector program as an Intern. Noam holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Economy, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Throughout their career, Noam has focused on analyzing national data, expected regulation changes, and providing strategic insights for medical procedures pricing strategies and reimbursement agreements with public hospitals.
