Sharbell Hashoul has a diverse work experience in the field of radiology. They started in 2008 as a Resident and Attending Radiologist at Carmel Medical Center, where they gained experience in various procedures and imaging techniques. In 2012, they worked as a Medical Liaison at IBM, advising on a project to build a cognitive assistant for clinical decision-making in radiology and cardiology. From 2016 to 2018, they had fellowship positions at Royal Perth Hospital, specializing in breast imaging, cardiothoracic radiology, and interventional radiology. They also held the role of Clinical Instructor at Bruce Rappaport School of Medicine, Technion Institute of Technology. In 2018, Sharbell Hashoul joined Clalit Health Services as a Breast Imaging Radiologist and later became the Managing Director of Radiology in the Haifa and Western Galilee district. They then moved to TRG Imaging Ltd in 2020, working as a Radiologist specializing in breast imaging. In the same year, they returned to Clalit Health Services as the Managing Director of Radiology in the Haifa and Western Galilee district.

Sharbell Hashoul began their education journey in 2001 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine. Sharbell completed their studies in 2008. In 2009, they attended the University of Haifa and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through the International Executive MBA Program conducted in English. During the same year, from 2009 to 2014, they undertook Continuing Medical Education (CME) in Radiology at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

Currently, in 2020, Sharbell Hashoul is pursuing another CME in Radiology through the RANZCR (Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists) Educational Affiliate Membership, which is expected to conclude in 2027.
