Todd Coward has extensive experience in planning and landscape management, currently serving as Planner I and Planner II, as well as a Noxious Weed Control Inspector at Clallam County since August 2020. Previously, Todd worked as a Landscape Supervisor for the City of Irvine from January 2010 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, an Associate of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from Saddleback College, and a Certificate in Geographical Information Systems from Rio Hondo College.
