Sofia Soares

Sofia Soares is an experienced HR professional and the founder of Clan by Multipessoal, a fully digital employment solution for candidates and employees, since September 2022. Sofia has served as an HR Account Manager at Multipessoal since August 2018 and previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Adecco from August 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, from July 2014 to July 2017, Sofia was a Consultant of HR at Hospedeiras De Portugal, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, employee integration, and HR administrative management. Sofia began their career with an internship in Temporary Work and Recruitment Selection and later completed another internship in the HR Department at Generis Farmaceutica SA, where Sofia participated in training, health and safety, labor relations, and various administrative tasks. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Piaget.
