Phil Tully

Phil Tully is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Clancy Consulting since September 2022 and concurrently serves as a Director at TM Property Partnership Ltd from February 2023. Previously, Phil held the role of Electrical Engineer at The Hawthorne Boyle Partnership Ltd from May 2019 to May 2021 and worked as a Graduate Electrical Engineer at ACTS Partnership Ltd from April 2016 to May 2019.
