Charlotte Russell

Charlotte Russell has a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on talent development and people operations. Charlotte started their career in 1994, working as an HR Officer for various contracts within the Tibbett & Britten Group PLC. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of HR Manager for the Homebase Contract within the same company in 2001.
