Bill Zecher

Bill Zecher began their work experience as a Construction Estimator at Roger B. Kennedy Construction in 1992. Bill worked there for five years until 1997. In 1997, they joined Clancy & Theys Construction Company as a Senior Estimator. Bill worked in this role for three years before being promoted to Chief Estimator in 2000. In 2002, they became the Director of Preconstruction Services and held this role for 12 years. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President of PreConstruction Services, and in 2016, they became Vice President of the company. Bill currently holds this position at Clancy & Theys Construction Company.

Bill Zecher obtained an Associate's degree in Construction Engineering from SUNY Canton, which they completed between 1989 and 1991. Bill further expanded their professional qualifications by obtaining a Level 4 Certification as a Hockey Coach from USA Hockey in August 2017.
