Ron Cohn

Ron Cohn is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Executive at Clancy & Theys Construction Company since April 2024, Ron previously held roles as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Frank L. Blum Construction Company from May 2017 to April 2024. Prior to that, Ron was a Senior Project Manager at WM Jordan Company and spent over 20 years at Rodgers Builders, where responsibilities included Vice President of Operations, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, Field Coordinator, and Office Engineer/Estimator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from SUNY Farmingdale.
