Natasha Schnaitmann

Natasha Schnaitmann has over two decades of experience in engineering and project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries since May 2011, Natasha has also held roles such as Contract Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and MEP Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an MEP Engineer at Perini Building Company from June 2005 to January 2011, where responsibilities involved coordinating utility installations on notable projects like the Red Rock Casino and the Cosmopolitan Resort. Natasha's career began at Bechtel Corporation, where from July 2002 to June 2005, mechanical systems in support of an underground facility were designed and maintained. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, completed in 2002.
