Teemu Vaalasmaa

Teemu Vaalasmaa is a seasoned professional in the education technology sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer at Claned since January 2019. In these roles, Teemu leads the development of the learning platform and oversees daily operations, contributing to customer experience and support initiatives. Prior to Claned, Teemu held positions as Head of Learning Design and Customer Success Manager, achieving significant milestones in customer onboarding and support processes. Teemu's early career included a role as a Career Coach and Educator at Itä-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä, Liikelaitos Edupoli, and an internship at the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland, focusing on adult education analysis. Teemu holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Helsinki.
