Kevin Logan

Kevin Logan currently serves as Assistant Director of Procurement at Northern Ireland Housing Executive, a position held since July 2023. With a long-standing career in procurement, Kevin has contributed significantly to Clanmil Housing Group since July 2012, advancing through roles such as Assistant Director of Business Assurance and Performance, Programme & Projects Manager, and Procurement Manager. Prior positions include Procurement Officer at Antrim Borough Council and Newtownabbey Borough Council, as well as Senior Buyer and Buyer at BSO Procurement and Logistics Service. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Ulster University, a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) qualification from Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education, and a Master in Public Administration from Ulster University.
