Tara Kearns

Tara Kearns is the Chief People Officer and Group Director of HR at Clanwilliam, a global healthcare group. Tara also holds the position of Group HR Manager at Konnect Net Limited and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Claimsure Sláinte Ireland. Tara has a Professional Diploma in Business Finance from the Irish Management Institute, a Diploma in Employment Law from Technological University Dublin, a BA in Social Science from University College Dublin, and is currently pursuing a CIPD Certification at National College of Ireland. As an Associate Member of CIPD, Tara is dedicated to enhancing their expertise in the field of human resources.
