Richard Zugic is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Clara-Pensions. Prior to this, Richard held various roles at Phoenix Group, including Interim CFO at Phoenix Re and Group Chief Actuary. Richard also worked at Swiss Re as the Global Head of Longevity Pricing and held several actuarial positions at Zurich Insurance. Richard started their career as a Client Relationship Manager at Hazell Carr. Richard holds a D.Phil. in Materials Science from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University.

Our only destination is delivering the most secure pension promise to members, and that is through the ‘gold standard’ of insurance. We are proud to have developed a solution that’s not just better for DB scheme members, but also better for the PPF and better for UK business. To date, and for the near future, our focus will remain on working with policy makers, regulators, potential clients, service providers and the wider pension industry to ensure we are providing the best solution we can ahead of a formal launch later this year.
