Kirsty Fraser

Kirsty Fraser, MCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Claranet since February 2005, where responsibilities include leading a team of HR professionals and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. Previously, Kirsty played key roles in HR Business Partner positions, focused on organizational change and employee relations, and has implemented HR best practices and initiatives in areas such as change management and performance appraisals. Prior experience includes coordinating recruitment and HR functions at Auckland District Health Board, New Zealand's largest healthcare provider. Kirsty holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a minor in Human Resources from Auckland University of Technology.
