Mina has also developed a standard monthly reporting pack for the Executive Team and Senior Managers, ensuring both the accuracy and timely submission of such data. Mina has also ensured that appropriate policies and procedures are reviewed and updated accordingly in line with current UK Legislation. Additionally, they have identified training needs within the scope of people development and supported a business plan to resolve any performance gaps.

Mina has designed and delivered comprehensive training programmes and customised course materials to meet the current and future needs of Claranet. Mina has also promoted a coaching culture within Claranet to aid People Development and to enhance self-learning.

Mina Raeburn holds a MCIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire. Her field of study was Human Resources Management.
