Danielle Scarfone

Danielle Scarfone, aPHR, is currently serving as a Recruiting & HR Associate at Clarapath since January 2024. Prior to this role, Scarfone worked as an HR Project Administrator at Spectrum from May 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included supporting Talent and Learning strategies within the Product & Technology Organization. From June 2021 to May 2022, Scarfone gained valuable experience as a Human Relations Intern at Viatris, collaborating with Global Talent and regional HR teams to address talent needs and enhance employer branding. Educationally, Scarfone holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with minors in Management and Spanish, from Fairfield University, completed in May 2022. Previous work experience also includes roles in alumni outreach at Fairfield University's Office of Advancement and customer service at DeCicco & Sons Markets.
