Jennifer P. Villalobos, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Evaluation and Director of the Doctor of Evaluation Practice Program at Claremont Graduate University since August 2017. With extensive experience as an organizational consultant, Jennifer has collaborated on projects with Kaiser Permanente and Camber Outdoors, focusing on cultural analysis and diversity, equity, and inclusivity initiatives. Additional roles include managing laboratory operations at the Prejudice Eradication and Education Lab and working as a program evaluator for various organizations. Jennifer holds a PhD in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods and an MA in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, along with a BA in Psychology and History from the University of Southern California.
