Quamina Carter

Quamina Carter currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Claremont Graduate University, having held this position since April 2017. In addition to responsibilities as Vice President, Carter also holds the titles of Vice President of Student Affairs & Institutional Leadership and Architect for Graduate Success. Key leadership roles include chairing the NASPA Western Region VI Advisory Board and external speaking engagements on topics related to equity and inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as the Dean of Students and Campus Life and Interim Dean of Students at Claremont Graduate University, and as a Clinical Therapist at both The Well Counseling and Consulting Group and DePauw University. Quamina Carter is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education at Claremont Graduate University, following a Master of Science in Psychology from Martin University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
