Andrew Korbel

Andrew Korbel has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew currently holds the position of VP, R&D Operations & Chief of Staff at Clari. Before joining Clari, they worked at Insight Partners as the SVP & Practice Lead, Product and Technology CoE, and later as the VP & Practice Lead, Product and Technology CoE. Prior to that, they served as the Head of R&D Operations & Chief of Staff, Security Business Unit at VMware, and as the VP of Product Operations at Carbon Black, Inc.

Andrew also has experience at SignalFx, where they worked as a Senior Principal Agile Program Manager. Andrew held various roles at CA Technologies, including Sr Director, Software Engineering, Sr Director, Agile Program Management, and Director, Agile Program Management. Additionally, they worked at DigitalGlobe as an Agile Coach (SAFe Program Consultant) and as a ScrumMaster (CSM) (CSPO), and at Harris Corporation as a Geospatial/Quality Engineer. Their career began at BAE Systems, where they served as a Geospatial/Photogrammetic Analyst, and at the Natural Resource Analysis Center-WVU as a GIS Technician. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong focus on agile methodologies, program management, and leadership.

Andrew Korbel has a Master of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography-Spatial Analysis from West Virginia University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including SAFe Program Consultant and SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., as well as Certified Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
